MoEngage is looking for an experienced Enterprise Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in mapping customer requirements to our offerings, enhancing sales effectiveness through your deep product and domain expertise, and owning the design and delivery of compelling solutions for our enterprise clients.
What You'll Do
- Map customer requirements and propose a technically viable solution or service from within the company's offering.
- Improve sales effectiveness through domain expertise, product knowledge, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Own and maintain product demonstration set-ups and continuously enhance them in line with platform development.
- Support sales efforts by building in-depth expertise on solutions .
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends with proactive research.
- Work closely with members of the sales team in developing newer markets .
- Manage the internal CRM with respect to various sales opportunities.
Offer Design
Coordinate with different stakeholders and internal teams for the required support in creating the solutions offering .Craft relevant and powerful sales pitches to support the sales team's efforts.Take an active role in creating a value proposition, product / service positioning , and change management challenges associated with any sale.Work with the technology team to aid the development of the platform roadmap .Sales Pitch
Manage the bidding process by responding to RFIs and RFPs .Own the due-diligence processes being carried out by prospective clients.Ensure successful execution of proof of concept (POC) projects .Deliver and support product demonstrations for prospects and clients.Requirements gathering and assessment for new projects working along with the analyst teams.Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders leading proposal development .Operations Support
Engage with the sales and operations team in clearly articulating the statement of works (SOWs) for the engagement.Provide assistance to the delivery team to understand the context of the situation and any other clarifications they may require to deliver the solution.Essential Skills and Qualities
Stellar teamwork, interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment.Working knowledge of Marketing automation or Analytics platforms .Excellent marketing domain knowledge understanding, particularly with digital-first platforms.Excellent oral communication and impeccable written communication skills .Prior experience in Business development and / or a pre-sales role .Should be willing to continuously coordinate with clients and business development teams spread across the globe as well as teams in India.Strong project management skills and a research-oriented approach to sales.Experience of working with Indian customers .Qualifications
