The Role

Zeno is seeking a Head of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) to define and lead the company’s quality assurance function across software platforms, including cloud backend, mobile applications, and embedded systems. This is a leadership role that combines technical depth with organizational vision, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and safety.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the overall QA strategy, roadmap, and processes across cloud, mobile, and embedded systems.
• Build and oversee Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Cases for complex software environments.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of automation-first testing and continuous improvement.
• Establish best practices for unit, integration, regression, and system testing within CI / CD pipelines.
• Implement and optimize test automation frameworks to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Oversee defect lifecycle management, root cause analysis, and reporting of quality metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to integrate QA seamlessly into development workflows.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and methods to continuously enhance QA practices.
