We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and results-driven professional with a strong sales and marketing background to help scale our export business and support other ventures including dairy and consulting. The role combines hands-on business development, marketing execution, and executive support , making it ideal for someone who is versatile, ambitious, and thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development (Exports & Other Ventures)
- Research and identify potential global importers, distributors, and partners.
- Respond to and manage export inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Support B2B outreach for dairy, consulting, and other business opportunities.
Marketing Execution
Develop and design brochures, flyers, and digital marketing materials .Coordinate with vendors / designers for packaging, promotional material, and branding.Manage online presence, basic social media outreach, and email marketing.Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and case studies.Executive Support & Coordination
Assist the CEO with daily follow-ups, meeting coordination, and communications.Draft professional correspondence and ensure refined communication with stakeholders.Handle multi-tasking across businesses with efficiency and ownership.Take ownership of small projects end-to-end (from planning to execution).Key Skills & Qualities
Strong sales mindset and proven ability to close deals or drive business growth.Excellent communication & presentation skills (written and verbal).Creative marketing sense—ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.Tech-savvy : comfortable with MS Office / Google Suite, Canva / Design tools, CRM tools .Highly adaptable, resourceful, and proactive —ready to take initiative.Ability to multi-task across different businesses and still deliver results.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree (MBA or Marketing / Sales specialization is a plus).3–10 years of experience in sales / marketing / export business development.Prior experience in FMCG, food exports, or international trade is highly desirable.Startup / entrepreneurial exposure is an added advantage.Compensation
Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives linked to sales growth.Location & Work Mode
