• The requirements for a Senior Software Engineer for Oracle Fusion.
• Candidates should have expertise in either recruitment (ORC) or payroll as primary modules.
• Additional knowledge in two other modules like performance, talent management, core HR, and absence management is expected.
• The role involves implementation, upgrades, regulatory changes, and new feature adaptations for Oracle Fusion.
• The technical side requires skills in building workflows, reports and alerts
• Candidates will work on enhancements, including AI integrations.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience is preferred, with some flexibility for exceptional candidates.
• The position requires familiarity with VBCS as part of the transition to Redwood from classic pages
