Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of statutory audits as per Indian GAAP and relevant auditing standards.
• Understand the clients business and assess areas of significant risk.
• Perform test of controls and substantive testing under the guidance of seniors / managers.
• Prepare audit documentation, working papers, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards and regulatory requirements (Companies Act, ICAI guidelines, etc.).
• Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and clarifications.
• Work on audit tools and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth audit execution.
