To support the Marine Human Resources function with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition and Fleet Manpower Planning.
This role requires strong recruitment expertise, technical maritime knowledge, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for sea-going personnel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, source, and coordinate recruitment of Indian ship staff, ensuring all candidates meet STCW and company standards.
- Manage end-to-end hiring activities, including screening, interviews, and maintaining a recruitment database.
- Conduct regular manpower analysis and prepare Marine HR reports for management review.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool while ensuring compliance with recruitment and maritime regulations.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and authorities to ensure smooth and cost-effective recruitment operations.
Looking for :
Must hold a valid Chief Engineer (Class 1 CoC).Second Engineer (Class 1 CoC) may also apply.also looking for different roles
Chief Engineers with minimum 2 years' shore experience in marine recruitment, or 1–3 years as Technical Superintendent.Fresh candidates can apply only if they have LNG vessel background and hold a 2 / E Class 1 CoC.Skills Required
