Project Manager – Medical Data Analysis | On-site | Salem, Tamil Nadu

Overview :

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end medical record review operations. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely and high-quality deliverables, drive process excellence, and collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor Medical Data Analysts; drive team productivity.

Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Oversee daily workflows and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Optimize workload allocation and maintain clear project documentation.

Implement process improvements, audits, and peer review systems.

Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and manage appraisals.

Handle client communication, feedback, and cross-team coordination.

Identify risks and manage scope or process changes.

Maintain SOPs, templates, and knowledge resources.

Requirements :

8–10 years of experience in Medical Record Review or US Healthcare outsourcing.

Minimum 2 years in a managerial or project management role.

Strong leadership, workflow management, quality control, and client-handling skills.

Knowledge of medical record analysis, HIPAA, PM tools, and quality systems.

Bachelor’s degree in science / healthcare preferred (or any degree).
