Role Overview :

The Project Manager will lead complex healthcare technology projects, ensuring timely delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud and GenAI-enabled solutions.

You will manage cross-functional teams, budgets, risks, and regulatory compliance while driving successful project Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and deliver healthcare technology projects on time and within budget.
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, architects, BAs, and AI engineers.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, GDPR) in project deliverables.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate requirement clarification and scope management with business stakeholders.
• Manage resource allocation and performance tracking across teams.
• Develop project plans, dashboards, and status reports for leadership.
• Monitor quality assurance, testing, and release processes.
• Implement risk management and contingency planning.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across :
• 8+ years of IT project management, with at least 3 years in healthcare technology projects.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce Health Cloud or AI / ML-based initiatives.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies with Jira or similar tools
