Technical Skill Requirements

• Strategic Leadership : Change management, incident management, influencing senior management and Akamai
• Advanced Observability : Org-wide standards, E2E implementation, innovation
• Monitoring Tools : Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, New Relic
• Cloud & Automation : Azure, Python (strongly preferred)
• Experience implementing CI / CD pipelines
• Containers & IaC : Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Azure DevOps
• Soft Skills : Visionary thinking, transformation leadership, deep troubleshooting
• Define and monitor SLOs / SLAs
• Drive incident response and RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
