Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow our Shop-in-Shop (SIS) brand partnerships. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between Broadway and partner brands, ensuring optimal brand performance, smooth operations, and enhanced visibility on the shop floor. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management :
- Build and manage relationships with SIS partner brands, acting as the single point of contact for all operational and strategic needs.
- Drive joint business planning with each partner to align on sales targets, promotions, inventory, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain brand-wise dashboards covering sales, inventory, manpower productivity, and returns.
Performance & Sales Management
Monitor daily / weekly / monthly sales and ensure performance is in line with agreed KPIs.Identify gaps and opportunities and implement corrective actions to drive conversion and revenue.Support in planning promotional activities, cross-selling opportunities, and merchandising strategies.Operational Excellence
Coordinate with the Retail Operations team to ensure smooth SIS setup, stock availability, visual merchandising, and compliance.Ensure brand teams adhere to Broadway's policies (attendance, code of conduct, incentive norms).Monitor manpower deployed under each brand and liaise with HR for hiring, training, and performance management.Commercial & Compliance
Work with the finance team on billing, invoicing, cost sheets, and collection tracking for each brand.Maintain compliance with commercial agreements, including manpower billing, statutory requirements, and stock audits.Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a bridge between internal teams (merchandising, HR, ops, L&D) and external brand teams.Share regular updates, review performance with brands, and resolve grievances promptly.Key Requirements
Experience : 4–7 years in Account Management / Retail Category Management / Brand Management, preferably in SIS or multi-brand retail environments.Education : Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management.Skills
