We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the charge on the mission of further growth of our enterprise Intelligent Automation under Low Code solutions team. The ideal candidate will have big ideas and strategies that foster an environment of collaboration and creativity. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and experience in an area of business process automation, working with Intelligent Automation technologies like RPA, Low Code - No Code, Intelligent OCR, Business Process Management or Process Discovery.

You will be integral to helping us build various vision and strategies across the Intelligent Automation solutions teams which are strongly contributing to DPDHL digitalization strategy

As a Senior Project Manager, having Techno Functional skills is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Business Analysis and Development, Technical delivery with Software Automation projects will also be an integral part of this role.

• Work in an Agile environment and continuously review and refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate on creation of a detailed project plan based on the defined requirements and priorities.
• Manage and entirely own delivery of all stages of Intelligent Automation Low Code solutions and related projects.
• Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on changing requirements.
• Liaise with IT technical teams, product owners, and business users to deliver updates and report projects progress.
• Review and validate functionality of application upgrades and report any problems.
• Complete documentation / flow charting of system builds and maintain team's existing documentation independently.
• Extract and document customer / business requirements and needs for use by enterprise architecture and engineering teams (network, system, and software)
• Manage & mentor resources, maintain utilization & finances of the given projects throughout the life-cycle.
• Periodic status reporting to Business and internal stakeholders on project status.
• Working on new project proposal (creation of power-point presentations and also presenting in front of business)
• Working on various innovation activities and organizational initiatives which run in parallel.

Other Requirements :

Degree in computer science / economy or relevant field MSc / MBA is a plus.

10+ years of overall IT industry experience with technical development skills.

5+ years in project management, digitalization industry is a plus.

Track of record with at least one of the following automation technologies MS Power Platform suite, RPA (UiPath), Intelligent OCR (ABBYY), BPM (Any)

Experience with project management, certification is a must.

In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies / DevOps.

Knowledge in managing AI based projects will be nice to have.

Aptitude for problem solving and analytical thinking.

Proficient customer relationship and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office suite of produc ts.

Great interpersonal skills.

High intercultural experience (working across teams globally)

A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Fluent in English.
