Job Responsibilities :

• You analyze business and technical needs, translating processes into practice using the current Information Technology toolsets.
• You implement new solutions through configuration and the creation of functional specifications, facilitating solution realization.
• You conduct full integration testing of new or changed business / technical processes, and develop business / technical cycle tests for use by stakeholders. You document all process changes and share relevant knowledge with stakeholders.
• You troubleshoot, investigate, and persist in finding solutions to problems with unknown causes, where precedents do not exist, by applying logic, inference, creativity, and initiative.
• You provide cross-functional support and maintenance for the responsible business / technical areas.
• You conduct cost / benefit analyses by evaluating alternative design approaches to determine the best-balanced solution. The best-balanced solution satisfies immediate stakeholder needs, meets system requirements, and facilitates subsequent change.
• You assume a leadership role in small initiatives, playing the key contributor, facilitator, or group lead.
