• Coordination and close cooperation with the IT head office in Germany
• Ensuring the implementation of global IT strategies and standards with a focus on European mindset and quality standards
• Responsibility for local IT projects and support for international rollouts
• Communicating with stakeholders in Europe and India to harmonise technical requirements and processes
• Regular performance review of the team with stakeholders in Europe
• Promotion of a team-orientated transparent and solution-oriented way of working
• Responsibility for resource cost and budget planning
