Must-Have

1. 8+ years of IT experience

2. Strong skills in requirement elicitation and analysis

3. Capability to understand business requirements and convert them into design & development tasks

4. Extensive knowledge of Core JavaScript, Object-Oriented JavaScript, and ReactJS

5. Hands-on experience with ReactJS

6. Strong hands-on experience in HTML5 / CSS3

7. Experience with TypeScript

Good-to-Have

1. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal)

2. Ability to provide work estimations and support project planning

3. Strong hands-on knowledge of Node.js

4. Experience coordinating with SMEs, stakeholders, and managing timelines / escalations
