UiPath Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for experienced UiPath Developers to join our Intelligent Automation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in UiPath development, Document Understanding, and multiple end-to-end automation implementations. This role demands strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to design scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related components.
• Lead and deliver 5+ full-cycle automation implementations from requirement gathering to production deployment.
• Work extensively on UiPath Document Understanding Framework (OCR, classification, extraction, validation) for unstructured and semi-structured data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, process SMEs, and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
• Ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability by following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution in production environments.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Stay updated with the latest UiPath product updates, AI / ML integration capabilities, and RPA trends.

Required Skills & Experience :

Education degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
