Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager in Mumbai. The Community Manager will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing member relations, organizing events, and facilitating communication among members. Duties include handling member inquiries, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining the workspace to ensure a positive and productive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in event planning and community engagement
• Proficiency in using technology and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
