Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CRM Manager- Email & SMS Specialist. The primary responsibilities include managing email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage and retain clients. The CRM Manager will oversee market segmentation, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer engagement strategies. Day-to-day tasks also involve campaign optimization, reporting, and ensuring all client communications align with brand standards and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret performance data effectively
• Proficiency in Communication, both written and verbal, to collaborate across teams
• Experience in Sales and Market Segmentation for targeted engagement initiatives
• Project Management capabilities to oversee campaigns from concept to execution
• Experience in CRM tools and platforms is highly beneficial
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
