About the Role
Act as primary contact for customers and handle all enquiries professionally.
Responsibilities
- Manage leads, follow up with potential clients and ensure timely conversions.
- Provide information about property features, pricing, and documentation during client interactions.
- Coordinate and conduct property site visits for clients.
- Maintain customer reports and update information in CRM systems.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and service issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, accounts, and legal for smooth customer service.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any subject.Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relations in real estate or automobile industry.Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service orientation.Knowledge of real estate market and documentation.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
