Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Content Moderation (Hindi) to ensure that all user-generated and platform content adheres to Seekho’s quality, safety, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is proficient in Hindi , has sharp analytical and decision-making skills, and is passionate about creating positive and safe digital learning spaces.

This role will work closely with the Content Ops, Learning, and Community teams, while also supporting process improvements and junior moderators as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Content Review & Quality Control

• Review, screen, and moderate Hindi content across formats (text, audio, video, microlearning modules).
• Ensure all content meets Seekho’s quality, language, tone, and brand guidelines.
• Flag, remove, or escalate inappropriate or harmful content as per defined policies.
