With a strong presence of 175 salons across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, we are now poised for aggressive expansion, aiming to open 50+ new outlets in the region over the next 36 months. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Franchise Sales Professional to lead this growth journey.

Role : Finance & Revenue Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee the accounting operations of all franchise units across South India.

Interact with clients to ensure smooth financial communication and relationship management.

Collect, verify, and report financial data in a timely and accurate manner.

Maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams across various regions to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities & Duties :

Handle end-to-end accounts management for franchises across South India.

Ensure timely collection of royalty payments and conduct regular follow-ups with respective franchise partners.

Coordinate with the Head Office for efficient financial and accounting processes.

Oversee invoicing, GST compliance, and overall account coordination.

Build and sustain long-term professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
