Job Title : Lead / Principal Consultant – HR Consulting (GCC)

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and delivery of the “HR as a Service” offering for GCC clients.
• Build and set up the HR consulting practice for GCCs, including frameworks, processes, and capability decks.
• Develop process maps, effort estimation models, and pricing frameworks.
• Anchor HR solutions during client pursuits, workshops, and on-site visits.
• Program manage HR as a Service delivery across multiple client engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with client objectives.
