Lead / Principal Consultant – HR Consulting (GCC)
Location : Bangalore
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the design and delivery of the “HR as a Service” offering for GCC clients.
Build and set up the HR consulting practice for GCCs, including frameworks, processes, and capability decks.
Develop process maps, effort estimation models, and pricing frameworks.
Anchor HR solutions during client pursuits, workshops, and on-site visits.
Program manage HR as a Service delivery across multiple client engagements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with client objectives.
Key Skills & Requirements :
Proven experience in setting up and leading HR consulting practice for GCCs.
At least 60–70% knowledge of HR domain / verticals across TA, L&D, EVP & OD, Compensation & Benefits, Compliance, and Executive Search.
Strong consulting / advisory experience with solutioning capability.
Experience in client engagement, program management, and delivery of HR solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience :
8–15 years of experience in HR consulting, advisory, or related domains.
