Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets. Responsibilities also include financial management, strategic planning, and implementing operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and growth.

Compensation

The expected range for this role is ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000. Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s portfolio, skills, and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong financial management and strategic planning skills
• Proficient in implementing operational policies and procedures
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
