About Position :
We’re looking for a Lead Technical Engineer who can bridge data engineering depth with FinOps insight. You’ll design and implement scalable data solutions across Databricks and Snowflake, drive performance optimization, and ensure that our cloud operations stay cost-efficient and well-governed.

What You'll Do :
Lead end-to-end design and development of data pipelines using Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake) and Snowflake.Own technical architecture decisions for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines for data workflows.Work closely with FinOps and CloudOps teams to monitor, optimize, and forecast cloud spend across Databricks and Snowflake.Define and enforce data governance, security, and cost control best practices.Guide and mentor data engineers, setting coding and performance standards.Partner with analytics, finance, and business teams to align data solutions with organizational priorities.Drive automation and observability in data platforms (e.g., cost tagging, job telemetry, alerts).Expertise You'll Bring :
8+ years of overall data engineering experience, with 3+ years leading technical teams.Deep hands-on expertise in Databricks (PySpark, SQL, Delta) and Snowflake.Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure).Experience implementing FinOps principles – usage tracking, cost attribution, optimization, and budgeting for data workloads.Proficiency with ETL / ELT orchestration (e.g., Airflow, ADF, dbt).Strong SQL performance tuning and data modeling skills.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; able to translate technical concepts into business impact.Benefits :
