Role Description

We are seeking a  highly motivated Lead Generation Executive  to support our growth across  Europe and the UK . This full-time role is ideal for individuals who are confident in  cold calling, researching new prospects, and maintaining CRM data accuracy . The candidate should have a  hunter’s mindset —someone who thrives on creating opportunities and generating  5–7 qualified leads per month  through consistent outreach and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Make  a minimum of 200 outbound calls per week  to potential clients in the  Europe and UK  regions within the IT and cybersecurity domains.
• Conduct  research to identify potential leads , key decision-makers, and verified contact information (especially accurate email addresses).
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Maintain  CRM data integrity —ensuring all lead and activity records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Conduct initial qualification calls to understand prospect pain points and align with cybersecurity solutions provided by our European partner.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and enhance conversion rates.
• Meet and exceed  monthly KPIs : 5–7 qualified leads and 100% CRM data sanity compliance.
• Submit weekly activity reports highlighting call volumes, lead conversions, and key insights.
