Description : Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition , who will lead end-to-end recruitment while also managing broader HR responsibilities. This role involves partnering with business leaders to attract top talent, ensure smooth employee lifecycle management, and strengthen HR processes that drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding).
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies via job portals, social media, headhunting, employee referrals, and agencies.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and role requirements.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an “Employer of Choice.”
- Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new hires.
- Support HR initiatives such as engagement activities and retention strategies.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarking.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, background verification, and company standards.
- Train & guide junior recruiters / team members on sourcing techniques and interview process.

Requirements : Requirements
Education : Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience : 6-12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership and global recruitment.Technical Skills : Proficiency in talent acquisition tools, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Soft Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at all levels.Certifications : Relevant HR or recruitment certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred but not mandatory.Benefits : Benefits
