Expert SAP Operations Professional

Job Summary :

As a specialist in SAP operations, you will play a key role in governing day-to-day activities in the SCMO domain. You will work closely with strategic business partners to understand pain points and implement solutions to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance quality and compliance.

This role is ideal for an individual with experience in SAP consulting or operations, as well as good understanding of one or multiple functional modules. Prior experience in the pharma industry is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage effectively with stakeholders and deliver business value.
• Monitor vendor KPIs / SLAs.
• Manage escalations from business.
• Prepare presentations for service review meetings.
• Approve problem management RCAs and corrective / preventive actions.
• Maintain operations stability and risk management.
