Simple Logic - Technical Lead - PL-SQL / QlikSense

Accountabilities :

• Accountable for MIS reports and data deliveries with required due diligence and process adherence.
• Collaborate with business users to prioritize requirements and manage change requests.
• Collaborate with the development team for designing solutions with understanding of system data flows.
• Mentor development team for optimized and timely deliveries.
• Track requirements status with the team members and user follow-ups as required.
• Present updates, performance metrics, and risks to Qualifications : : Minimum 10 Skills & Abilities Knowledge :
• MUST have at least 5 years of proven experience as
• Lead in design, development, and optimization of PL / SQL, data warehouse and reporting solutions.
• MUST have minimum 5 years hand-on experience in PL / SQL development, Oracle database, and data warehouse environments.
• MUST have minimum 5 years experience to manage and mentor a team of 58 developers / analysts,

ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within a mid to large-scale organization.
