Job descriptionConduct performance testing and analysis, resolving any related issues. Plan and enable technical cut-over, Go-Live, and Hypercare support. Drive root cause analysis and proactive incident prevention (focus on avoiding P1 / P2 incidents). Partner with IT teams for project solution design, cost estimation, and resource planning. Collaborate with global teams to align on architecture standards and technical decisions. Ensure proper documentation of landscapes, procedures, and system management standards. Act as QA lead or reviewer for technical designs, ensuring adherence to standards. Support adherence to change and release management processes. Deliver clean handovers to Operations with proper knowledge transfer and Hypercare exit plans. Stay updated on industry trends, SAP innovations, and best practices. Participate in training, user groups, and professional development forums. Deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
SAP Project Delivery & System Administration
- Lead efforts in SAP BASIS / System Administration to deliver project-related work.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot SAP systems as per project scope.
- Support SAP landscape architecture, system sizing, and tool strategy aligned with PGT / PIRT standards.
