JOB DETAILS

1.Understand requirement for the New or Existing Process of our company

2.After getting SES and Callout entry from client will have to email invoice to account team.

3.Will have to prepare paperwork for preparation for invoices.

4.Have to inform Location Dr / In-charge for approval if there is any ambulance repairing work. Also will have to inform ambulance vendor of the same. Also inform accounts dept. who will deduct repair amount from ambulance vendor invoice.

5.Making Salary sheet with attendance record including wages and PF, Preparing challan, Salary slip.

6.Give a call to Location HR / Dr / In-charge about nurses & drivers' work acknowledgement.

7.Try to Solve query within given time period as per situation for location staff

8.Follow all the procedure as per clients contract so that we don’t get penalty

9.Renewal of all policy with in Expiry date like Fitness certificate, PUC, Ambulance Insurance policy / JPA Policy / Workman Compensation Policy.
