The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management and operational efficiency of the branch. Focus areas include acquiring new customers, enhancing the branch's book size, cross-selling various products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving team productivity. The Branch Manager will lead initiatives to foster client relationships and improve operational effectiveness.

Strategic / Managerial Responsibilities :
- Drive liability generation and new business development, specifically CASA acquisition.
- Promote cross-selling of third-party and asset products.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Core Responsibilities :
Manage the profitability and balance sheet of the branch.Track daily productivity and book movement to ensure performance metrics are met.Onboard branch staff within budgetary constraints.Uphold YES Values and ensure commitment to work and standards.Provide clear roles and expectations to team members to manage attrition effectively.Keep the BEST template updated and ensure timely conduct of BELT sessions.Comply with bank policies and procedures.Organize customer engagement programs and marketing events.Lead employee engagement initiatives in the branch.Ensure operational knowledge for daily banking products and services.Communicate relevant information effectively to branch employees.Escalate business-impacting issues promptly and propose solutions.Ensure comprehensive compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.Meet ISO 9001 : 2000 standards and continuously improve quality.Submit timely MIS reports and manage Service RM code allocations.Conduct monthly KYC / AML training and ensure proper implementation of CRM protocols.People Management Responsibilities :
Foster effective team management and build team spirit.Promote learning and skill development within the team.Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities :
Ensure the safety and security of bank and customer assets.Meet audit deliverables as per regulations.Minimum Qualifications :
Graduate or Post Graduate degree, preferably an MBA from a recognized university or esteemed business school.Professional Certifications :
AMFI, NCFM, or IRDA certifications will be advantageous.Skills :
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent networking and interpersonal capabilities.High sensitivity to confidentiality and compliance concerns.Strong sense of accountability and initiative.Good knowledge of regulatory guidelines.Skills Required
