Job description

  • Responsible for business development of financial products viz. Equity, Derivatives, Currency.
  • Experience in Government Sector Liaisoning for financial products.
  • Responsible for managing assigned business activities, initiatives and related operations to achieve business plans and profitability of the branch.
  • Preparing monthly MIS reports.
  • Build and sustain a mature and knowledgeable team.
  • Create environment to foster team work, professional development, and high level of employee satisfaction.
  • Lead and build multiple Financial Products brand like Derivatives, Commodities, Arbitrage, RTA, Initial Public Offer (IPO), Depository Participant & Mutual Funds performance driven culture of integrity and compliance.
  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction opportunities and drive loyalty strategies to grow.

Compliance & Risk Management :

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and risk guidelines.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, NSE / BSE, and other regulatory standards.
  • Monitor trading activities and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct regular audits for operational transparency and compliance.
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
