Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Manager in Surat. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, including sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining relationships with vendors. The role involves overseeing inventory management, ensuring the timely delivery of materials, and managing procurement budgets. The Purchase Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Qualifications Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills Experience with inventory management and procurement processes Knowledge of regulatory compliance and procurement policies Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
