Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the financial management of commercial properties. As a Property Accounting Manager , you will be responsible for reviewing and preparing detailed property level financials to ensure compliance with client policies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead teams and develop new accountants with 10+ years of experience in US Property Accounting, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Review and prepare CAM recs, write and review budget to actual variance analysis, and ensure compliance with expense vs capex, leasing related capex, and bad debt policies.
• Utilize strong analytical skills and experience with Yardi and MRI to drive process improvements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create training materials and drive business growth.
