Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing & Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns, promotions, and lead generation efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and sales data to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking platforms to promote brand visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).Proven experience in marketing and sales (minimum 2–5 years preferred).Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and MS Office Suite.Why Join Us :
