Job descriptionCoordinate with advertising agencies and media partners for monthly media releases, radio content, creative briefs, and advertorials. Ensure all communication is consistent with brand guidelines and meets campaign objectives. Plan and execute Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities. Drive cross-promotional opportunities with in-house brands, group companies, and relevant external brands. Oversee the loyalty programme, including new member acquisition, customer retention initiatives, and promotional campaigns. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of member activity and points management. Demonstrate strong knowledge of digital platforms including display advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliate marketing, retargeting, social media marketing, blogging, and brand collaborations. Develop and manage digital campaigns that support brand and business goals. Lead social media and public relations activities, ensuring active participation in relevant trends. Create engaging content and compelling call-to-actions tailored to target audiences. Analyse marketing campaign performance, generate insights, and prepare internal reports to track ROI and overall effectiveness. Recommend enhancements based on data-driven insights. Stay updated on market developments, new products, emerging brands, and industry trends. Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and brand differentiation.
