Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Service Engineer located in Indore. The Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering technical services. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing technical problems, offering solutions, and effectively communicating with customers and team members to resolve technical issues efficiently.He will need to have experience in Ev OR Automotive industry.

• Technical Services and Technical Support skills
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
