Job Description : Head of MFD Partnerships

Objective : Build and manage the partnership function at BlinkMoney (Network of Financial advisors, MFDs / loan agents / IFAs, etc.)
About the Role
BlinkMoney is building India’s most innovative investment + credit platform. We want a partnership leader who already has deep MFD networks , preferably someone who has :
Run MFD / IFA channels at large AMCs, platforms, or fintechs
Managed thousands of MFD partners
Built high-velocity acquisition funnels and high-trust distribution networks
Can convert goodwill into business, not theory

What You’ll Own
1. MFD Acquisition Blitz
Onboard 500+ MFDs in the first 30 days
Build a repeatable, GTM-based MFD acquisition machine
Drive aggressive top-funnel signups through your existing network
2. Build a Revenue-First Channel
Activate partners to sell India’s lowest cost Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF) & Wealth products
Deploy regional growth managers during the expansion phase
Create high-velocity product training workflows (webinars, decks, partner kits)
3. MFD Success & Retention
Build a high-touch partner success motion
Drive repeat disbursals per partner
Incentivize MFDs with smart structures (commission slabs, contests, leaderboards)
4. High-Level Relationship Management
Manage relationships with large distributors, national MFD clusters, and top creators
Negotiate alliances with RIA networks, wealth desks, and multi-city IFA groups
What You MUST Bring
Proven Network
Existing connections and reputation with Thousands of MFDs / IFAs in India
Ability to bring 500 partners ASAP (WhatsApp groups, community leads, AMC connects)
Strong relationships built over years in wealth distribution
Industry Depth
5+ years in mutual fund distribution, AMC relationships, or partnerships in wealth-tech roles
Execution Bias
The kind who’ll connect with 50 MFDs a day without blinking
High hustle, strong operational discipline
Loves revenue more than vanity metrics
Can get their own hands dirty and create the function from scratch
Leadership DNA
Build and lead a team of RMs, partner managers, and regional acquisition owners
Strong people management skills in terms of coordinating with multiple teams internally as well as external teams.
Driving structure internally in terms of tracking multiple partners, managing programs, and driving periodic reviews.
