Hiring : Manager – Partnerships & Alliances (2–5 Years)

Project : National Road Safety Mission (NRSM) – India’s largest structured road-safety education program for children & youth.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Manager – Partnerships & Alliances to drive NRSM’s expansion through strategic collaborations with corporates, CSR teams, government bodies, industry associations, NGOs, and ecosystem partners.

The role focuses on CSR partnerships, sponsorship acquisition, government engagement, ecosystem alliances , and ensuring smooth execution of collaborative projects.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Build and manage partnerships with corporates for CSR funding, sponsorships, co-branded initiatives , and multi-year collaborations.

🔹 Engage with state governments, transport departments, education departments & road safety authorities for program partnerships.

🔹 Develop MoUs, proposals, pitch decks, and impact reports for partners.

🔹 Represent NRSM in meetings, conferences & stakeholder discussions.

🔹 Collaborate with industry bodies

🔹 Maintain long-term relationships with donors, foundations, NGOs & institutional partners.

🔹 Coordinate internal teams (content, curriculum, tech, ops) for partnership execution.

🔹 Track deliverables, maintain documentation & prepare partnership performance reports.

Who Should Apply

• 2–5 years of experience in CSR partnerships, institutional alliances, government relations, ecosystem development, sponsorship sales , or fundraising.
• Strong communication, proposal writing & relationship-building skills.
• Experience in working with government / NGO / CSR ecosystem preferred.
• Highly organized, proactive & able to handle stakeholder conversations independently.
