Transaction Delivery and Project Management

Deliver high-quality work under the guidance of the respective team lead, in the following areas in order to meet project requirements and at the same time, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of the deliverables :

1. Coordinate with the transaction teams to support on-ground development of a project. This would include close interaction with the working level team members of the client and other stakeholders in the project like off-takers, lenders, etc.

2. Develop understanding of the commercial and contractual implications under various contracts, specifically for Project Financing.

3. Develop knowledge about high-end, complex financial models by analyzing key business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis in order to ensure compliance with project documents and applicable accounting & taxation principles.

4. Support in the design and development of the best solutions for clients by gathering information and conducting analysis

5. Prepare reports, information memoranda, summaries, and presentations.

Client Interaction

1. Interact and engage with client teams to understand their requirements

2. Respond to the client’s changing needs and priorities under the guidance of the team lead

3. Support the team in designing and developing solutions to best address the client’s needs and requirements

Business Development

1. Conduct research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, competitors, analyze data, and write reports to generate Business Development opportunities

2. Support in responding to the development of proposals requested by potential clients

Qualifications & Skills : -

1. Full-Time MBA in Finance from premier B-Schools.

2. 5+ years of relevant work experience in Project Finance / Financial Advisory only.

3. Experience with International Banks / Investors / Corporate / Financial Advisory firms will be preferred.

4. Basic understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP) working.

5. Strong Financial Modelling Acumen

CTC : upto 57 lpa fixed + annual performance bonus (based on final grade & evaluation)
