Job Description :
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Developers, Leads, and Architects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in ServiceNow SecOps module implementation, scripting, and integration, with the ability to lead or contribute effectively to complex SecOps projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow SecOps solutions including Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party security tools (e.g., Qualys, Splunk, Tenable, Rapid7, etc.).
- Write custom scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio to extend platform capabilities.
- Provide leadership and guidance on SecOps architecture, performance optimization, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support system upgrades and patching.
- Prepare documentation and deliver technical training to internal teams when required.
Requirements :
5 to 15 years of total IT experience with 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow SecOps.Proven experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow SecOps modules.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and integration techniques (REST, SOAP, MID Server).Proficient in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflow design.Good understanding of security frameworks and processes (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.ServiceNow Certifications (such as Certified Implementation Specialist SecOps) are a plus.(ref : hirist.tech)
