Job Title : ServiceNow Senior Developer / Lead / Architect

Job Description :

We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer / Lead / Architect with strong hands-on experience in ITSM and at least one of the following ServiceNow modules : GRC / SecOps / ITOM is required . The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in implementing and customizing these modules, along with a strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting and integrations.

This is a remote position based in India, and we are seeking candidates who can join quickly, ideally within 15-30 days. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within the ITSM framework and at least one of the following modules : GRC / SecOps / ITOM is required.
Provide hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.) to customize and extend ServiceNow functionality.
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications using REST or SOAP APIs, and other integration methods.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless functionality.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure that solutions meet the clients specific requirements and objectives.
Mentor junior developers and ensure best practices are followed within the development team.
Stay updated on new features and modules in ServiceNow, incorporating them into client solutions as appropriate.

Key Skills and Experience :

5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, with a focus on ITSM and at least one of the following modules : GRC / SecOps / ITOM is Required.

Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.).

Solid experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and other tools.

Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices within ServiceNow.

Ability to adapt quickly to new modules and learning on the fly to accommodate changing client requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.

Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.

Additional Requirements :

Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15-30 days are preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred : ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).
