1. Campaign Management & Optimis
ationAssist in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and PerformanceMax).Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.Monitor performance, adjust campaigns, and improve ROI / lead generation.
2. Google Ads Mana
gementUnderstand keyword match types (exact, phrase, and broad).Conduct regular search term audits for new opportunities and negatives.Improve ad relevance and Quality Score (ad copy, landing pages, Page Speed Insights).
3. Meta (Facebook / Instagr
am) AdsBuild understanding of audience types (core, custom, and lookalike).Contribute creative ideas for ad copy and visuals for brand awareness, lead generation, and sales campaigns.

What We're Lo
oking For, 2–3 years of Google Ads campaign management experience (freelance, agency, or internship).Knowledge of CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate.Familiarity with tools : Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn.Bonus : Exposure to Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, or otherCRM tools.
