Key Responsibilities
- Act as a moderator and host for all digital events, including free classes, masterclasses, and live-assisted classes.
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential learners, engaging with the audience during and after sessions through emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, creative, sales, and marketing, to execute events seamlessly.
- Highlight Scaler's value propositions during live sessions, presenting programs and offerings effectively.
- Gain credibility by driving registrations, attendance, and exceptional audience experience, ultimately contributing to sales outcomes.
- Use tools like CRM platforms (e.g., WebEngage, MoEngage) for communication, lead management, and audience engagement.
- Take ownership of operational elements like event setup, reporting, and follow-ups.
- Learn and assist with marketing tasks, including email campaigns and content development, while maintaining Scaler's brand image.
