Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and execute a holistic social media strategy aligned with brand objectives, campaign calendars, and target audience behavior.
- Translate broader marketing goals into platform-specific plans across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, and emerging channels like Threads or Pinterest.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create monthly / weekly content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and brand tone.
Content & Community Management :
Guide the ideation and creation of compelling, platform-native content (static, video, interactive).Ensure real-time engagement with audiences and community management thats responsive and consistent.Monitor conversations, brand mentions, and trends to identify moment marketing opportunities.Analytics & Performance Tracking :
Own the reporting and performance analysis of all social media platforms using native tools and third-party analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Insights, Semrush, Google Analytics).Set clear KPIs for organic growth, engagement, reach, and conversions, and continuously optimize efforts based on data.Create weekly / monthly dashboards and share insights with leadership and cross-functional teams.Platform Expertise & Innovation :
Stay updated with algorithm changes, new platform features, and emerging formats; experiment with innovative approaches to maximize visibility and engagement.Propose new tools or technologies that can enhance performance, scheduling, or listening.Team Leadership & Collaboration :
Lead and mentor a team of social media executives, and interns.Facilitate internal reviews, training, and performance check-ins to ensure a high-performance culture.Collaborate with Brand, PR, Performance Marketing, and Creative to ensure cross-channel synergy.Job Requirement :
Required Qualifications & Experience :
4-7 years of hands-on social media management experience, preferably in a consumer-facing brand or digital agency.Proven track record of delivering organic growth and engagement through strategic and tactical efforts.Deep knowledge of social platform algorithms, content types, audience behavior, and best practices.Strong command of analytics tools, and ability to draw actionable insights from data.Prior experience in leading a social media team; able to balance team oversight with personal execution.Key Competencies :
