Hiring : HR Executive – Mangalore (Local Candidates Preferred)
Key Responsibilities :
Attendance & Leave Management
Maintain and update attendance and leave records for employees and consultants
Handle attendance-related queries and ensure accuracy for payroll inputs
Onboarding & Exit Formalities
Manage end-to-end onboarding and exit processes including documentation, induction, system access, and clearance formalities
Document Verification
Verify educational, ID, address, and previous experience documents of new joiners
Ensure accurate and timely documentation
Consultant Coordination
Coordinate with external consultants, assist in candidate screening
Manage documentation and communication related to consultants
Payroll Support
Provide verified attendance, leave, and headcount data to the payroll team for processing
Asset Shipment Coordination
Coordinate logistics for laptop / asset shipments
Maintain updated records of asset issuance and return
Recruiter Performance Tracking
Track and report recruitment team performance using dashboards and trackers
Employee Engagement
Send birthday / anniversary greetings and assist in employee engagement initiatives
Required Experience :
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR support or generalist role
Location Preference :
Candidates currently residing in Mangalore or nearby areas will be given preference
