Role Overview :

Our client is looking for Lead HR strategist to attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering a positive work culture.

Align HR initiatives with business goals, ensure compliance, and drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.
• Design compensation & benefits programs ensuring compliance.
• Foster diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and manage risk.
• Drive learning, development, and succession planning Masters in HR or Business Administration preferred.
• 10+ years HR leadership experience (3+ years in senior role, preferably real estate).
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR tech, and organizational development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
