A leading player in the aerospace and high-reliability engineering sector is seeking an experienced QA & QC leader. This critical role involves managing quality systems for mission-critical products, ensuring compliance with stringent industry standards, and driving continuous improvement across all stages of product development.

Role Overview :

Lead and develop quality assurance and control functions for advanced aerospace and space systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality best practices from concept to deployment, maintain rigorous certification standards, and mentor a high-impact team.

Responsibilities :

Drive overall QA & QC strategy for design, manufacturing, and testing of aerospace components.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, ECSS, and other relevant standards.

Implement quality metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement programs.

Oversee supplier quality audits and testing protocols including vibration, thermal vacuum, and environmental assessments.

Conduct internal and external quality audits to uphold certifications.

Partner with engineering and program management teams on quality integration.

Lead and mentor an expert QA & QC team focused on innovation and accountability.

Utilize data-driven analysis to enhance quality and efficiency.

Candidate Profile :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or Quality disciplines.

Retired / 15+ years of QA / QC experience, including leadership within Aerospace / Satellite or similar high-reliability industries.

Demonstrated success managing quality systems for mission-critical products.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Deep knowledge of aerospace testing and regulatory compliance.
