Role Overview :

As an Implementation Architect, you will :

• Drive customer onboarding, solutioning, and adoption of AppViewX products.
• Lead implementation for automating IT Network and Public Key Infrastructure.
• Maximize customer value by blending deep technical expertise with business insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Onboarding :

Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Design Architects to implement solutions for new customers.

Translate business challenges into technical solutions and facilitate quick go-live.

Adoption & Value Quantification :

Support continuous adoption and usage with additional implementations.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through challenges.

Identify new use cases to support account growth and renewals.

Customer Experience & Engagement :

Provide customer feedback to enhance organizational processes and customer experience.

Contribute to Customer Business Reviews for process improvement.

Roadmap Planning :

Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into new solutions.

Work closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize enhancements and shape the long-term roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum 5 years in a technical implementation role.

Willingness to work US Shift hours.

Minimum 3 years in customer-facing technical roles (Customer Success Engineer, Solution, Professional Services, Technical Support, or SME), preferably post-sales for SaaS enterprise software.

Domain Expertise : PKI, DNS, Active Directory, Cloud, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standards.

Certificate Lifecycle management / operations.

PKI implementation processes.

PKI integrations, MS Intune, SCEP, and enrollment practices.

Hands-on :

Kubernetes.

Linux / Windows server management.

Apache, IIS (application expertise).

Preferred : CISSP / CISM / CISA certifications.

Excellent troubleshooting, deployment, organization, and multitasking skills.

Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations.

Exceptional communication (written & oral) and listening skills.

Good To Have Skills :

Fast learner with a strong drive for continuous technology growth.

Experience in providing strategic feedback to improve products and processes.
