Role Overview

You’ll be the Founders’ Associate, a doer, organizer, coordinator, and the person who makes things happen behind the scenes. You’ll work directly with the co-founders and support in operations, admin, scheduling, internal coordination, and general problem-solving.

This is a high-trust, high-learning role, perfect for someone who wants to see how real businesses are built from the inside.

Key Responsibilities

This is not a backseat role. If you’re looking to “just assist”, this isn’t it.

• Create and clean up documents, reports, decks, checklists, and summaries
• Manage founders’ calendars, schedules, and task tracking.
• Maintain records, receipts, and track our compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams to keep things moving on time.
• Handle purchases, inventory, and office supplies efficiently.
• Keep sensitive information private, and everything else ultra-organized
